Dr. Justin Waller, D.P.M.

Dr. Justin Waller is a board-qualified podiatric physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered foot and ankle care. He earned his undergraduate degree from Winthrop University before completing his medical education at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Waller went on to complete his residency training at Wake Forest, where he gained extensive experience in both surgical and non-surgical treatment of a wide range of foot and ankle conditions.

Drawn to podiatry for its versatility, Dr. Waller values the opportunity to treat a broad spectrum of pathologies—from complex surgical cases to in-office clinical procedures. He is especially passionate about building strong physician-patient relationships and delivering care that is both personalized and impactful. Inspired by mentors early in his career, he strives to model his approach to medicine on professionalism, compassion, and collaboration.

Originally born in Pennsylvania and raised in Kershaw, South Carolina, Dr. Waller considers himself a southerner at heart. He currently resides in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and is looking forward to relocating to Asheville with his wife to join the practice.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Waller enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, exploring local breweries, watching sports—especially basketball—and cooking with his wife. A fun fact: he proudly considers himself an “original anime nerd,” long before it became mainstream.
